Amazon UK Bestselling Short Story Collections

I just saw this: I am Number 17 on Amazon UK's list of Bestselling Short Story Collections, between Annie Proulx and Roald Dahl. Ok. Hmm. Gosh.

It changes every hour. So this might be my one hour of Amazon Bestsellerness!

  2. Elizabeth, this is really freaking me out. How am I ever going to get any writing done? My head is spinning, spinning. My book went up to No 14 in the last hour, all I do is sit here and wait til they update the list. Obsessive?? Oh yes...

  3. Congrats! You're in some company too! (And you're actually one place higher because Number 10's an alarm clock ;) )

  4. Nik, how is it I didn't notice that No 10 is an Alarm Clock? And how does an Alarm Clock write a short story, let alone a whole collection? Mysterious, very mysterious. Ok, going to make myself a stiff cup of tea.

  5. That's had me chuckling into my cuppa, T! Must be one talented alarm clock, or an extreme pseudonym.

  12. you are now squeezed between sean o brien and the sony alarm clock. I thought sean o brien was a poet, and I'm absolutely convinced that the alarm clock is a novelist.
