To follow up on the previous post, this is what I'm trying to foster with my retreat from Twitter etc...! "Getting into the mind-wandering mode helps to push a kind of neural reset button in the brain, it replenishes your focussed state..."

It's not just twitter, there's facebook and emails with their demands for our attention.

Really must do more day dreaming myself

Ah yes. I am now social-media-free, if this blog doesn't count, and am contemplating what my brain does, and has been doing, and how I can gently shift it from the twitchiness! And have been writing poems, as maybe you can tell from this ;) What fun!
